Kendria Cost (director of OSU CVC) asked me to be on the Coaches vs. Cancer committee and we had an AWESOME experience Wednesday. We take visits to the cancer clinics and hospitals in Tulsa and OKC every year with the men and women OSU basketball teams. Wednesday we went with the Women's team to the St. Francis hospital in Tulsa. Their new Children's hospital is amazing! (Big upgrade I hear). Each floor has a different theme; insects, ocean life...etc.
The experience was really neat and heartbreaking. It makes you appreciate your health. I'm excited to go with the men's team on Tuesday!

What a blessing you guys are to those little kids. I know they love when people come to visit them and play with them. Ryan volunteers at primary children's hospital every monday and the cancer patients are his favorite. He really wants to do pediatric oncology, but we will see. Good for you guys though! What a neat experience
What a wonderful thing to be apart of! I am sure that everyone you met was touched by your service.
